When you use any such third-party item:

  • Data you provide to, query against, or generate within that item may be transmitted to and processed by the third-party developer or data publisher under its own privacy policy and terms.
  • Paramus is not the controller of personal data processed by such third-party items, except where the item is explicitly identified as developed and published by Paramus Transform LLC.
  • You should review the third-party developer’s or data publisher’s license, privacy policy, and terms before granting access, submitting data, or relying on outputs.

9. AI and Automated Processing

The Services use artificial intelligence and large language models (LLMs), some of which are operated by third-party model providers (e.g., OpenAI). Inputs you submit (prompts, files, parameters, queries) and contextual data may be transmitted to such providers strictly to generate the requested outputs.

  • Purpose: generating responses, suggestions, simulations, code, and analyses.
  • External processors: third-party AI providers act as our processors or as independent controllers depending on the integration; we use providers that contractually do not train their foundation models on your inputs unless you opt in.
  • No solely automated decisions with legal effect: we do not use AI outputs alone to make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects on you. AI outputs are decision-support information and require qualified human review (see Terms of Service, Section 13).
  • Sensitive content: do not submit data you are not authorized to share, regulated personal data without a lawful basis, or safety-critical instructions intended for direct execution without human verification.
  • AI improvement using anonymous Workbench feedback: Paramus may use anonymous and aggregated interaction data, prompts, outputs, ratings, error reports, and explicit feedback to evaluate and improve its own AI systems, models, retrieval pipelines, and Services. Such feedback is submitted from the Paramus Workbench without any user identifiers attached (no name, email, account ID, IP address, or session token is transmitted with the feedback payload), and the feedback channel cannot be linked back to a specific user. We do not share your raw inputs with third parties for the training of their foundation models. Because the data is anonymous at the point of collection, no individual opt-out is required for this use.

10. Children’s Privacy

Paramus.ai does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware of such data, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
