Job Summary

Freddie Mac is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join the Enterprise Risk Management Technologies Team.

The developer will configure, customize, and integrate ServiceNow GRC solutions while leveraging out-of-the-box capabilities and developing scalable enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development, JavaScript, GlideRecord scripting, Integration Hub, REST APIs, workflows, and GRC implementations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow GRC solutions.
• Configure ServiceNow forms, workspaces, dashboards, reports, and portals.
• Develop Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Flows, and Workflows.
• Configure users, roles, groups, and ACLs.
• Create and deploy Update Sets.
• Build integrations using Integration Hub and REST APIs.
• Perform data imports into GRC tables.
• Execute functional testing of workflows.
• Prepare technical documentation.
• Participate in Agile sprint ceremonies.
• Provide production support and deployment planning.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of ServiceNow Application Development.
• Certified ServiceNow Application Developer (CAD) for at least 3 years.
• 4+ years of JavaScript, AJAX, XML, JSON, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong GlideRecord scripting experience.
• Experience implementing REST APIs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Implementation Specialist Risk & Compliance (CIS-GRC)
• ServiceNow Integration Hub
• REST API integrations
• 4+ years of Agile experience
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
