$120,000 - $250,000 yearly at plan commission

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their real estate needs are met with professionalism and care.
• Leverage our proven systems and tools to manage leads effectively, converting them into satisfied clients.
• Conduct property showings and open houses, providing clients with comprehensive insights and guidance.
• Collaborate with our team to develop and execute strategic marketing plans for property listings.
• Negotiate offers and contracts, advocating for clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Stay informed on local real estate market trends, sharing valuable insights with clients and the team.
• Participate in weekly coaching sessions and role plays to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge base.

Qualifications:

• Wisconsin Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain one).

• Strong communication skills.

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

• Desire to grow personally and professionally.

• Commitment to creating exceptional client experiences.
