Right of Way Specialist:
Administers all aspects of PacifiCorp’s rights of way and land rights associated with transmission and distribution infrastructure. Acquire, negotiate, document, and maintain easements, licenses, permits, and other land rights necessary for the construction, operation, maintenance, and protection of utility facilities. Develop positive relationships with landowners and stakeholders while resolving real property-related issues in a manner that supports customer satisfaction and protects company interests.
In addition, a Senior Right of Way Specialist:
Leads complex right of way acquisition and stakeholder engagement activities supporting PacifiCorp’s utility operations and capital projects. Serve as a trusted advisor and primary liaison for major landowners, governmental agencies, tribal entities, community leaders, and other stakeholders, providing strategic leadership in negotiations, conflict resolution, public outreach, and corridor stewardship.
