Job Description

About the OpportunityWe're a mission-driven healthcare benefits organization with a collaborative, people-first culture, and we're looking for a Revenue Cycle Manager to lead and modernize our billing and accounts receivable function. This is a rare chance to shape a function rather than simply maintain one. We recently transitioned to a new plan administration platform, and we need a leader who will question how things are done today, understand the reasoning behind every step, and help us build something better.Apply now, read the job details by scrolling down Double check you have the necessary skills before sending an application. The role begins with a comprehensive assessment of our current function, conducted in partnership with our CFO, and moves into designing and implementing a revenue cycle operation built on accurate billing, clean reconciliations, timely collections, reliable reporting, and strong internal controls. What We're Looking ForYou understand the "why" behind accounts receivable, not just the "how."
