Responsibilities:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Austin-Round Rock area, expanding client base and market presence.
Collaborate with our production team to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
Utilize provided leads to effectively close sales, contributing to the team's overall success and revenue growth.
Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight our unique value propositions and solutions.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions are established and upheld.
Experience in outside sales, preferably within the construction industry, to effectively engage with the client base.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, demonstrating your ability to drive revenue growth.
Ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Strong negotiation skills to establish and uphold mutually beneficial contracts and agreements.
Proficiency in conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to deliver compelling sales presentations.
