Position: Host
We are seeking an energetic, polished, and guest-focused Host to be the first point of contact for our guests. This role is essential in setting the tone for each service, ensuring seamless flow, and creating a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities
• Warmly greet and seat guests with professionalism and genuine hospitality.
• Manage reservations and walk-ins through OpenTable and maintain an organized waitlist.
• Coordinate with the floor manager and service team to manage pacing, special requests, and VIP guests.
• Answer phones, confirm reservations, and assist with guest inquiries.
• Maintain the host stand and entrance area in pristine condition throughout service.
• Handle guest concerns with empathy and communicate effectively with management.

Requirements
• At least 1 year of previous host experience in high volume restaurant 
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Professional, polished appearance and demeanor.
• Positive attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
