Executive Housekeeper

Location: Franklin, Michigan

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Salary: Starting at $90,000 per year (annual)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, detail‑oriented Lead Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of a private estate. The ideal candidate is professional, reliable, proactive, and committed to upholding exceptional standards in all aspects of household care.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping duties, including cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, laundry, and ironing.
• Maintain the home to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Assist with household organization and special cleaning projects as needed.
• Monitor household supplies and communicate inventory needs.
• Work independently while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively with household staff and management via text and email.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a private residence, luxury home, estate, or similar environment preferred.
• Fluent English required, both verbal and written.
• Strong communication skills; ability to communicate professionally through text messages and email.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle for transportation to and from work.
• Non‑smoker and non‑vaper.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Confidentiality Requirements

This position requires the signing of a Non‑Disclosure Agreement (NDA). The successful candidate must be comfortable working in a highly private household and maintaining complete confidentiality regarding all household matters.

Fragrance‑Free Requirement

The home maintains a strict fragrance‑free environment due to the primary resident’s significant sensitivity to fragrances, chemicals, and scented products. Compliance with this policy is essential.

Applicants must not wear or use:

• Perfume, cologne, or body sprays
• Scented lotions, creams, or cosmetics
• Scented hair products
• Clothing washed with scented detergents or fabric softeners
• Any other fragranced personal care, laundry, or household products

Applicants must be willing and able to maintain a completely fragrance‑free presence while working in the home.
