Salary: $105,000 - 110,000 per year Requirements:

• At least 3 years of relevant Workday HCM experience; 3–7 years is preferred.
• Hands-on experience configuring and supporting Workday Leave of Absence (LOA).
• Working knowledge of Workday Core HCM functionality and processes.
• Experience building, modifying, and optimizing Workday business processes.
• Understanding of how LOA interacts with Benefits and Compensation.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with HR and technical stakeholders.
• A bachelors degree.
• Preferred: Experience supporting Workday in healthcare, working with unionized workforces and complex leave policies, or improving and redesigning LOA configurations and workflows.

• Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Leave of Absence functionality.
• Assess existing LOA business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Design, build, test, and implement enhancements to leave workflows and configurations.
• Strengthen alignment among LOA, Benefits, Compensation, and Core HCM processes.
• Work with HR, Benefits, and HCM application teams to understand business needs and deliver solutions.
• Troubleshoot configuration issues and support ongoing system improvements.
• Advise on Workday LOA functionality, configuration practices, and process optimization.
• Support complex leave policies and requirements across a diverse workforce.

We are recruiting a Senior Workday HCM Analyst specializing in Leave of Absence to support a large healthcare organization. This is a full-time, permanent role with remote flexibility for candidates living in approved U.S. states; occasional onsite attendance may be needed based on business needs, with no set weekly onsite schedule. The stated target salary is approximately $105,000–$110,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
