Job Description

• Lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement of Workday Core HCM solutions.
• Conduct discovery workshops, requirements gathering, and fit-gap analysis sessions.
• Design and configure Workday Core HCM business processes and organizational structures.
• Support global HR transformation and process standardization initiatives and  Workday HCM Certification.
• Configuration and maintaining Workday Core HCM components, including: Supervisory Organizations, Job Profiles and Job Families, Positions and Position Management, Worker Lifecycle Events, Hire, Transfer, Promotion, Termination, and Organizational Change Processes and Employee and Manager Self-Service.
• Configure and maintain role-based security and business process security policies.
• Ensure compliance with organizational governance, audit, and data privacy requirements.
• Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Talent, Recruiting, IT, and business leaders.

• Provide Workday best-practice recommendations and strategic guidance.
• Mentor junior consultants and support project delivery teams.
• Support HR leadership with workforce insights and operational reporting.
• Create Advanced, Matrix, Composite Reports, and Discovery Boards.
• Support security reviews and access management activities.
