About the Role:

The Senior Vice President of Marketing will lead the strategic vision and execution of comprehensive marketing initiatives within Paradigm as a whole. This role is pivotal in driving brand growth, enhancing market presence, and fostering strong partnerships that align with the organization's mission and business objectives. The SVP will oversee integrated marketing campaigns that span digital, partner, product, and brand marketing disciplines to ensure cohesive messaging and impactful outreach. By leveraging data-driven insights and innovative marketing strategies, the incumbent will elevate brand awareness and position the organization as a leader in the health care industry. Ultimately, this role is responsible for delivering measurable business results through strategic marketing leadership and cross-functional collaboration across the United States market.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably within the health care or social assistance industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading integrated marketing campaigns and driving brand growth.
  • Strong expertise in internet marketing, partner marketing, product marketing, and strategic marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large teams and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Experience working in a senior marketing role within a large health care organization or related sector.
