Job Description:

You will facilitate Scrum practices, remove impediments, and keep communication clear between the development team, product owners, and court stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach the team and stakeholders on Scrum and Agile principles; foster ownership and continuous improvement.
• Partner with the Product Owner to keep a healthy, prioritized backlog with clear acceptance criteria.
• Identify, track, and remove impediments; manage dependencies, risks, and issues across teams.
• Track and report sprint metrics (velocity, burndown, release progress) to project leadership.
• Coordinate release planning, AWS environment promotions, UAT scheduling, and stakeholder communication.
• Maintain Jira boards, workflows, and dashboards, with visibility into GitHub development activity.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years as a Scrum Master on software development teams.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM I/II, or SAFe Scrum Master certification.
• Proven experience supporting cross-functional teams (backend, full stack, QA).
• Strong command of Jira, including reporting and dashboards; familiarity with GitHub workflows.
• Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience managing dependencies and risks on multi-module enterprise projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Government or public-sector IT modernization experience.
• Background in court, justice, or case management domains.
• Experience with teams delivering on AWS and with AI-enabled products.
• Exposure to SAFe or scaled Agile environments.

Key Skills:

Scrum Master, SAFe, AWS, Redshift, Agile, CSM & PSM Certified.
