Job Description

Bayfront Roofing & Construction is hiring an experienced Roof Repair Technician to join our growing team in the Coastal Bend. We are looking for someone with hands-on roofing experience who takes pride in their work, shows up consistently, and understands the importance of doing the job right the first time.

This position is focused on residential and light commercial roof repairs, leak repairs, roofing details, and smaller roofing projects. We are looking for someone who can work safely, communicate well, and represent our company professionally while on job sites.

$20 - $35 hourly

• Perform thorough inspections of residential and light commercial roofs to assess repair needs.
• Execute precise roof repairs, ensuring high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.
• Identify and address roof leaks promptly to prevent further damage and maintain structural integrity.
• Collaborate with team members to plan and execute smaller roofing projects efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain repair processes and provide updates on project progress.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, reflecting our commitment to professionalism and quality service.

• Roofing experience required.
• Knowledge of residential shingle systems preferred.
• Comfortable working at heights.
• Ability to lift heavy materials.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
