Position: Private Personal Trainer
Schedule: Part-Time, approximately 1 hour per day

The family has a fully equipped private home gym , providing an ideal setting for personalized training. The trainer will create effective, individualized workouts based on each person's fitness level, goals, and abilities.

The family is looking for someone professional, knowledgeable, and personable who can establish a consistent training routine while making workouts productive and enjoyable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct approximately one-hour private training sessions
• Train both the husband and wife, individually or together as appropriate
• Develop personalized workout programs based on individual goals
• Lead strength, conditioning, mobility, and functional fitness workouts
• Utilize the family's fully equipped home gym
• Track progress and adjust programs as needed
• Provide proper instruction on form and technique
• Keep workouts engaging, challenging, and safe
• Encourage consistency and accountability
• Adapt workouts based on energy levels, fitness abilities, and individual needs
