Led by Dr. Henry Madalian, our Clinic Director and chiropractor, the practice is built around helping patients through holistic, drug-free, hands-on care.We are growing and looking for a sharp, reliable, highly organized Patient Care Coordinator to become a long-term part of our team.We are looking for someone who can help run the day, stay ahead of details, manage many moving pieces, communicate warmly with patients, and keep the office operating at a high standard.The right person is responsible, hard-working, detail-oriented, and serious about building a stable long-term position inside a growing family business. We are especially looking for someone who appreciates and supports holistic, drug-free healthcare and wants to be part of a practice that helps patients improve their quality of life without relying on a medication-first approach.What You'll DoYou will help manage the daily patient experience and front-office operations, including:Preparing the schedule, patient flow, and office priorities before the day beginsGreeting and assisting patients with professionalism, warmth, and confidenceCoordinating appointments, schedule updates, reminders, and patient communicationKeeping internal patient coordination systems organized and accurateSupporting patient paperwork, records, forms, and administrative documentationHelping maintain accurate payment, account, and billing-related informationCommunicating with internal team members and outside administrative partners as neededSupporting insurance-related information gathering and patient account checksKeeping daily tasks, follow-ups, and office priorities moving without details falling through the cracksHelping create a calm, organized, high-trust experience for every patient who walks through the doorAnswering phones and helping new patient inquiries get handled promptlyWho We're Looking ForWe are looking for someone who is:Highly organized and detail-orientedA strong communicator on the phone and in personWarm, professional, and patient-focusedComfortable managing multiple priorities at onceReliable, punctual, and serious about responsibilityA natural taskmaster who likes getting things doneCalm under pressureComfortable using computers, scheduling systems, forms, and office technologyAble to follow systems carefully and improve over timeProactive, not passiveInterested in holistic, drug-free healthcareLooking for a long-term role with real growth potentialExperience in a medical office, chiropractic office, physical therapy office, dental office, med spa, concierge service, hospitality, or high-end customer service environment is a plus.
