Eligible therapists have access to:

Bridge Foundations

Bridge Foundations is a professional development pathway available to eligible clinicians who are interested in learning about the clinical, ethical, legal, financial, and operational realities of private practice.

Bridge is not about rushing clinicians into independence. It is about helping clinicians become more informed, grounded, ethically responsible, and professionally confident.

The pathway is designed to include structured professional development, discussion, applied learning, and reflection. Topics include documentation, risk management, client flow, practice finances, ethics, referral relationships, clinical reputation, sustainability, supervision, leadership, and private practice literacy.

Participation in Bridge is available to eligible clinicians based on role, readiness, employment status, performance, values alignment, and practice needs.

Our Core Values

Our culture is grounded in six core values:

  • Integrity: Do the right thing, even when it is uncomfortable.

  • Respect: Honor other people, their boundaries, perspectives, contributions, and humanity.

  • Accountability: Own your actions, responsibilities, impact, and mistakes.

  • Growth: Seek your edge; remain self-aware, teachable, and willing to change.

  • Compassion: Hold people in high regard without judging, rescuing, or enabling.

  • Excellence: Hold your work to a high standard; know your craft, know your limits, and keep learning.

These values shape how we work together, communicate, lead, learn, repair, and provide care.

What Makes This Opportunity Different

Many opportunities focus only on a percentage, split, or earning potential. We believe clinicians deserve to compare the full picture.

At our practice, clinicians have access to referrals, support staff, billing, scheduling, credentialing, EHR, office infrastructure, consultation, supervision, training, benefits for eligible full-time clinicians, and a long-standing community reputation.

We offer private practice support without the private practice chaos.

Compensation:

Responsibilities:

  • Complete documentation in a timely, accurate, and clinically appropriate manner.

  • Maintain ethical and professional standards of care.

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers when clinically indicated.

  • Maintain required licensure, clearances, training, and credentialing requirements.

  • Contribute to a respectful, accountable, growth-oriented team culture.

We are seeking clinically thoughtful, dependable, ethical, collaborative, self-aware clinicians who are committed to professional growth.

Qualified candidates may include:

  • LCSWs

  • LPCs

  • LMFTs

  • LSWs

  • LAPCs
