Job Description
We are seeking a professional Receptionist to serve as the primary point of contact for our office. This role is essential for maintaining a polished professional image and ensuring efficient communication across the organization. The ideal candidate will be a high-energy multitasker who can fluently assist both English and Spanish-speaking callers and visitors, managing the flow of the front office with poise and accuracy.
salary: $20 - $21 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
- Greet all patients and visitors warmly and professionally in both English and Spanish.
- Answer telephones promptly, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate departments or personnel in both languages.
- Schedule appointments and efficiently manage calendars to ensure smooth operations.
- Verify insurance information and assist with related processes.
- Maintain accurate, organized records and documentation.
- Provide general administrative support as needed to support office functions.
