  • We are hiring immediately for a Full and Part Time Marauders Cove Coffee Shop/Deli Supervisor position.
  • Address : University of Mary, 7500 University Drive, Bismarck, ND 58504 Note: online applications accepted only .
  • Schedule : Full-time & Part-time schedules available; open availability preferred. Monday-Friday 7:00am-2:30pm; more details upon interview.
  • Requirement : Supervisor foodservice experience preferred

Job Summary

Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our small coffee shop and deli located on the University of Mary Campus. The Marauders Cove Supervisor will lead a small team of students, ensure high standards of customer service and food quality, manage inventory, and assist in training and scheduling. This is a key role for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and takes pride in leading by example.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
  • Supervise and support student employees during shifts, fostering a positive work environment
  • Assist in hiring, training, and onboarding new staff
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and address any customer concerns promptly
  • Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and deli food items as needed
  • Monitor inventory levels and place supply orders when necessary
  • Perform opening and closing procedures
  • Enforce food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards in all areas
  • Communicate regularly with management regarding staffing, inventory, and customer feedback
  • Lead by example in promoting teamwork, efficiency, and a positive customer experience
