Job Description

Salary: $66,000 - 106,000 per year Requirements:

• We need at least 7 years of hands-on SAP FICO configuration and consulting experience, including 3 or more years in a managerial or team lead capacity.
• We look for strong functional and technical expertise in SAP intercompany processing, Profit Center Accounting, CO-PA, and multi-currency and multi-valuation setups.
• We require completion of at least 3 full-cycle SAP implementations, with substantial involvement in global rollouts and complex intercompany environments.
• We require a bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Management Information Systems, or a closely related discipline from an accredited college or university.
• We need the ability to travel as required.
• We require authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship.

• We lead end-to-end SAP FICO and S/4HANA implementations, with emphasis on intercompany processes, transfer pricing, and cross-border supply chain financials.
• We act as the primary SAP architect for transfer pricing solutions, configuring PCA, valuation methods, intercompany billing, and stock transfer processes.
• We work with client tax and finance controllership teams to turn global transfer pricing policies into scalable, automated SAP designs and to set up markup, markdown, and reconciliation workflows.
• We advise senior client stakeholders across Tax, Finance, and IT on best practices for operationalizing transfer pricing, lowering compliance exposure, and strengthening intercompany visibility.
• We coach, mentor, and develop teams of senior associates and associates, while overseeing project economics, workstreams, and delivery quality.
• We support go-to-market efforts, collaborate on joint proposals with the Tax Advisory practice, and help shape thought leadership in operational transfer pricing.
