Job Description

AbbVie seeks a Change Management Manager to lead change-delivery strategies for complex initiatives across portfolios and programs. The role applies the RISE framework, partners with sponsors and stakeholders from inception through benefits realization, and coaches change practitioners to drive adoption and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead change-management strategies and integrated plans for assigned portfolio from inception through stabilization
• Apply RISE framework to tailor stakeholder, impact, readiness, risk, communications, learning, and adoption activities
• Partner with sponsors and project leaders to establish ownership, activate sponsorship, and resolve barriers
• Conduct or oversee stakeholder, impact, readiness, and risk assessments across multiple organizational dimensions
• Define and monitor initiative-level measures for readiness, adoption, proficiency, behavior change, and benefits realization

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in organizational development, business, communications, education, HR, psychology, or related field
• 7+ years leading change management for complex, cross-functional, or enterprise initiatives
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing change strategies across people, process, technology, and organizational dimensions
• Experience with stakeholder analysis, impact assessment, readiness assessment, risk management, and adoption measurement
• Strong facilitation, executive communication, writing, presentation, and influencing skills
• Ability to define practical measures of adoption, proficiency, behavior change, and business outcomes
• Change-management certification preferred (Prosci, ACMP, or equivalent)
