Salary: $101,500 - 129,500 per year Requirements:

• Recent graduate or early-career developer with approximately 0–3 years of software development experience; relevant internships, academic projects, and personal projects are welcome.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical training and experience.
• Foundational .NET development experience using C# or VB.NET; proficiency in both is not required.
• Basic SQL knowledge, including writing queries, using joins, and understanding relational databases.
• Understanding of object-oriented programming and basic software development practices.
• Interest in debugging, troubleshooting, application support, and developing new functionality.
• Willingness to learn, ask questions, accept feedback, and work through unfamiliar problems.
• Good communication, attention to detail, and ability to organize assigned tasks.
• Helpful but not required: experience with Microsoft SQL Server or stored procedures, familiarity with Git or another version control system, exposure to business applications, ERP systems, or reporting tools, or experience with Acumatica, Microsoft Azure, SharePoint, or Tableau.

• Develop and enhance business applications using C# .NET, with guidance from experienced team members.
• Build new features and improve existing applications to address business and user needs.
• Investigate support tickets, troubleshoot application issues, and implement fixes.
• Write and modify SQL queries and assist with stored procedures, data troubleshooting, and reporting.
• Learn Acumatica and contribute to ERP enhancements, customizations, and support.
• Test and debug changes to help ensure applications are reliable and work as intended.
• Collaborate with colleagues and business users to understand requirements and communicate progress.
• Document application changes, troubleshooting steps, and support procedures.
• Continue developing technical skills and understanding how software supports business operations.
