Affirmed Home Care is actively seeking compassionate and experienced Home Health Aides to provide exceptional one-on-one care to clients throughout Huntington and surrounding Suffolk County communities.
Whether you're looking for weekday live-in assignments, weekend-only opportunities, or longer-term live-in schedules, we offer flexible options designed around your availability and lifestyle.
Refer a fellow caregiver and share a live-in case together. It's a great way to coordinate schedules with someone you trust while both earning competitive pay and working with a supportive team.
• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living
• Provide medication reminders
• Support light housekeeping and household tasks
• Assist with meal preparation and planning
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Competitive daily pay rates starting at $221/day

Client-Provided Meals During Your Assignment
Enjoy meals provided by your client while on shift, helping you save on daily expenses throughout your assignment.
• Minimum of 1 year of Home Health Aide experience
• Valid New York State Home Health Aide (HHA) Certificate
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Current physical examination (within the past year)
• PPD or QuantiFERON test (within the past year), or chest X-ray (within the past 5 years)
• MMR immunization records (within the past 10 years)
