This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growth-driven team due to increasing patient volumes, market demand, and the retirement of current physicians. You'll have the chance to work in a collegial environment alongside 2 HEM/ONCs and 3 APPs. Our client is the largest private medical-surgical multi-specialty healthcare practice in eastern North Carolina. Established in 1965, the practice is committed to providing individualized, comprehens ive, and patient-focused care. This practice widely known for their Hem/Onc services, and many travel from all over North Carolina to receive care at their Cancer Center.

• Well-established Cancer Center
  • ? Hem/Onc department includes 12 chemotherapy bays as well as its own lab.
• Mostly outpatient
  • light inpatient census, mostly consultative; admissions and care handled by hospitalists
• Guaranteed base salary in Year 1 and 2
  • Take home 100% of profits as shareholder thereafter
  • Shareholder Physicians earn between $500K-$800K
• Comfortable patient volumes and strong staff support
• 18+ Patients Only, No Pediatrics
• Extensive Referral Network - Great relationships with breast surgeons and general surgeons in community

Qualifications
