Gupta Permold Corp is a world-class advanced aluminum foundry specializing in permanent mold castings. We are currently seeking dependable, motivated individuals to join our Contract Manufacturing Division as Part-Time Production Workers.

Position Summary

As a Production Worker, you will help finish aluminum castings by removing excess material using hand-held and stationary tools. This is a hands-on role that offers the opportunity to learn valuable manufacturing skills while contributing to the production of high-quality products.

Primary Responsibilities

• Use grinders, sanders, and other finishing tools to remove excess material from aluminum castings
• Operate pedestal and bench grinders as needed
• Load and unload parts manually or with lifting equipment when required
• Perform basic equipment cleaning and maintenance
• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Complete production and quality documentation
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies
• Work collaboratively with coworkers and supervisors

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old at the time of hire
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable attendance and punctuality

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to follow written work instructions and procedures
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Experience

Previous experience in manufacturing, foundry work, grinding, metal finishing, construction, automotive repair, landscaping, or other hands-on trades is helpful, but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals.
