CareAllies' Finance team is responsible for delivering financial results as well as the design, build and management of analyses supporting our products & services. In addition, the team provides support for other departments in identifying opportunities through revenue, medical cost and/or operating expense efficiencies. This team will be partnering with key stakeholders from the operational areas within CareAllies as well as Cigna Enterprise, to enable business decisions supported by authoritative data and metrics.
By partnering with the operational areas, performance metrics will enable efficient and effective decision making to allow us to drive greater growth, margin, affordability and customer experience.
Position Summary:
Provide collaboration for the financial management process related to CareAllies' services aligned with strategic initiatives. This opportunity requires attention to detail with the ability to organize data in a meaningful way. Position is expected to have business content knowledge related to evaluating performance in growth, margin, and affordability. Interface with all areas within the CareAllies organization as well as Cigna Enterprise matrix partners as needed. Significant external facing engagement with physician and vendor partners.
Essential Functions:
Partner with provider group and facilitate exchange of required financial assumptions as part of provider performance to drive fundamental business decisions.
Facilitate monthly reporting of revenue and expenses including variance to plan and projections
Coordinate monthly performance reporting for internal and external distribution
Prepare routine and ad hoc analysis as requested by management to support business case work and other requests
Partner with key stakeholders to identify and implement efficiency improvements of current & new processes to provide enhanced insights.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field OR equivalent work experience
4+ years experience with progressive responsibilities in finance and/or accounting roles
Proficient in Microsoft Products
Strong analytical, planning, problem identification and resolution skills required
High degree of personal accountability, strong resourcefulness, and a goal-oriented mindset
Healthcare, financial services or benefits industry experience desired
