*Virginia Trial Attorney | Insurance Defense | Partnership Track*

*Babcock Moore & Lambert, PLC* is a growing civil litigation firm established in 2020. Over the past several years, our firm has experienced consistent growth and success, and we are currently seeking a *Virginia-licensed trial attorney* to join our insurance defense team.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for the courtroom and the practice of law, be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing a litigation caseload. Just as importantly, we are looking for someone who will be a great addition to our team—someone who enjoys working with others, has a good sense of humor, and appreciates a professional environment where people work hard but still enjoy coming to work.

Candidates must have a *minimum of five years of civil litigation and courtroom experience, including jury trial experience*. *Insurance defense experience is desired; however, experience in employment and/or corporate law is a plus. Attorneys with experience or an interest in these areas will have opportunities to broaden their practice, take on a more diverse range of matters, and spread their wings as the firm continues to grow.*
