Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, and a strong sense of urgency. In this role, you will oversee complex calendars, manage international and domestic travel, prepare high-level meeting materials and presentations, and provide critical administrative and logistical support to keep operations running seamlessly.

  • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in Korean and English (required) to facilitate frequent, seamless communication with Korea-based executive support and headquarters teams.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant executive support or high-level administrative experience.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with advanced capability in drafting and formatting executive presentation materials.

  • Communication & Professionalism: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail, precision, and strict confidentiality.

  • Adaptability & Collaboration: strong interpersonal skills with a flexible, highly collaborative mindset capable of adjusting to rapid schedule changes and evolving priorities.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Calendar Management: Manage an extremely active calendar of appointments; ensure executives stay on track, prioritize meeting requests, and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts.

  • Executive Alignment: Work closely and effectively with leadership to maintain clear visibility on upcoming commitments and responsibilities, ensuring timely follow-up.

  • Travel Coordination: Plan, arrange, and manage complex domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries, agendas, and pre-meeting documentation.

  • Protocol & Hospitality: Provide executive protocol and hospitality support for visiting headquarters leadership and high-level external guests.

  • Project & Event Management: Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while coordinating small and large-scale onsite/offsite events.

  • Executive Presentations & Communications: Draft, edit, and proofread presentation materials in PowerPoint and Excel; handle sensitive communications with discretion and confidentiality.

  • Logistical & Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative backing to the executive’s broader staff and manage day-to-day operational requirements.
