Key Responsibilities

• Support event planning, logistics, and day-of event activities.
• Communicate with vendors, sponsors, attendees, and event partners.
• Track event supplies, materials, equipment, and inventory.
• Prepare event timelines, documents, schedules, and administrative records.
• Assist with attendee registration, check-in, and on-site guest support.
• Support event marketing and promotional activities across relevant channels.
• Help resolve event-related questions and operational issues.
• Contribute creative ideas to improve attendee engagement and the overall event experience.
