We're seeking skilled Journeyman Plumbers to join our team and work on exciting commercial and industrial projects, including healthcare facilities, data centers, schools, manufacturing plants, and large-scale developments across DFW.

What You'll Do

• Install commercial plumbing systems on new construction and renovation projects
• Work with domestic water, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, and natural gas systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction drawings
• Troubleshoot installation issues and maintain project quality standards
• Coordinate with project teams, inspectors, and other trades
• Follow all safety requirements and maintain a clean jobsite

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Active Texas Journeyman Plumber License
• 3+ years of commercial or industrial plumbing experience
• Knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and applicable codes
• Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality craftsmanship

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience on healthcare, industrial, educational, manufacturing, or data center projects
• OSHA and commercial construction safety knowledge
• Leadership experience or desire to grow into supervisory roles
