Business Operations Analyst

We're looking for a Business Operations Analyst who thrives at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and collaboration. This isn't a role where you'll spend your days building reports in isolation. You'll work directly with leaders across Finance, Operations, Sales, Product Management, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and IT to uncover opportunities, simplify complex business challenges, and help shape the future of our organization.

As a trusted business partner, you'll help leaders make smarter, faster decisions by:

• Analyzing business performance, trends, and operational data to uncover meaningful insights
• Building business cases and evaluating opportunities for growth, efficiency, and cost savings
• Partnering with leaders across departments to understand challenges and recommend solutions
• Acting as the bridge between business teams, leadership, and IT to improve reporting and business processes
• Leading process improvement initiatives that create measurable business impact
• Supporting organizational change by helping teams adopt new processes and tools with confidence

We're looking for someone who brings:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, finance, operations, or a related field
• Experience in a small or mid-sized business environment is a plus
• Strong business acumen and analytical thinking
• The ability to simplify complex information into actionable recommendations
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence facilitating discussions with leaders across multiple functions
• A collaborative approach and a genuine passion for improving how work gets done
• Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems and business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau (preferred)
